Wine Lists and Cocktail Menus

iMenuPro’s patented synchronized menu/food list system is perfect for beverage menus. You can store a huge number of wines and cocktails in the list (thousands) and have them ready to go, at a moment’s notice, depending on supplier availability or changing customer trends and requests. This lets you maintain beautifully designed and printed wine lists that can also sync to your website in real-time.

For wine or beverage lists with multiple prices per item, here’s a few tips:

  1. To use more than one price, simply enter your prices for the item separated by a semicolon, as in 10.95;12.95;15.95. If you’re using a non-centered menu style, with normal price placement, iMenuPro will then right justify the prices on the same line with proper spacing so they line up in price columns. If you need to adjust the price column spacing you can use Design > Price Options > Multi-price spacing. This is especially useful for wine lists.

  2. To have a subheading that describes the price columns, add a heading of type Subheading and select the alignment of the heading to be Right. Then drag that subheading under your normal heading. You can enter any text you want in the subheading such as: Bottle < spaces > Glass or 5oz < spaces > 8oz etc., and vary the number of spaces between the text as needed.

  3. Use the Bin/Number field for the food item (in this case beverage) to indicate a wine’s bin number, its vintage, or any other special designation. The bin number will automatically appear to the left of the item.

  4. Other than that, just about any menu style can be a wine list or menu of cocktails. Use Design > Switch Menu Styles and choose one that fits your needs.
