iMenuPro Subscription

Signing UP

You can sign up for iMenuPro HERE at the monthly or yearly discounted rate.

Once signed up you’ll have full access to using the app.

Canceling Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any-time.

  1. Log in and click Your Account at the top-right.

  2. Use Payments & subscriptions > Cancel subscription.

You’ll find 2 options to cancel:

Immediately

This option cancels your subscription immediately, as in ‘now’. You will not be able to undo this action.

At Billing Period End

This option sets your subscription to automatically cancel at the end of your current billing period (the date listed in the option). If you choose this option and then change your mind before the end of the billing period, you’ll be able to use the Reactivate Subscription button to reactivate it so it continues as usual.

  1. Select an option

  2. Enter your password for security

  3. Click the red Cancel Subscription button

After Cancellation

We won’t charge your credit card again.

You’ll no longer be able to log into your account.

If you’d like to come back, just signup again with the same email and password — your menus will still be there.

Reactivating Your Account

Simply return to the iMenuPro Signup page and sign up again using the same email and password that you used before. Once signed up, you’ll be able to access your previous menu data.

How to Update or Change Your Credit Card

  1. Log in and click Your Account at the top-right.

  2. Use Payments & subscriptions > Update credit card.

  3. Enter your new credit card details.

  4. Click the Update Credit Card button.

Receiving Receipts

Yes, for all invoice payments, including the monthly subscription fee, we immediately email receipts to your account’s current login email address.

If you did not receive your receipt:

  • Check your spam folder
  • If you changed your email address and are looking for an older receipt, check your old email address mailbox

Viewing Billing History

You can view your most recent billing and payment history (up to 8 years worth) within the app:

  1. Click Your Account at the top-right.

  2. Use Payments & subscriptions > View Billing History.

  3. If you select a receipt within the list, you can email yourself, or anyone else, a copy of the selected receipt using the email field below the list.

Does the Price Displayed Include Sales Tax?

In some cases, yes. In accordance with applicable state and local laws, we collect sales tax in US jurisdictions where we have an obligation to do so. Not all states require us to collect tax, so your order may include no tax.

  • The tax rate, applicable to your card’s billing address jurisdiction, will appear during signup or when purchasing an add-on.
  • The displayed tax is an estimate - check your final invoice for the exact tax that we collected.

Is discounted annual pricing available?

Yes! At any time you can switch to annual payments and save 33% off the normal or premium subscription rate. To switch to annual payments, log in and click Your Account at the top-right and then choose Payments & subscriptions > Change payment plan.
